Dragon Ball AF is not real. The AF stands for "April Fools", and what started as an April Fools' Day prank turned into the Internet rumor of today.
There might be some fan fiction (and a pretty awesome Italian fan art) out there, but nothing official. It is not a series in production, produced by the original Dragon Ball creators, or distributed by FUNimation.
Dragon Ball Z Kai is the latest series in the Dragon Ball franchise.
