What do I do if there is a problem with a FUNimation product I purchased?

In order to get a replacement DVD or missing component, you will need to go to the store where you purchased it. Our retail partners handle exchanges and replacements for customers. If you still have problems after you visit your retailer, send an email to [email protected] and they will walk you through the steps to receiving a replacement.
