Awaiting the North Star Army is a general of the Celestial Emperor Army, the strongest practitioner of the Imperial Fist of the Source Star, Golden Falco. He singlehandedly routs the entire North Star Army. In exchange for sparing all of their lives, he demands the death of their leader.
