This probably means that your computer has Adobe Flash player version 10 or above and an older video card. To fix, right click on the video, select settings, and uncheck the box next to "Enable hardware acceleration".
To keep from having to do this, your computer needs a newer graphic card - at least a Geforce 7xxx or ATI X1300 with the latest driver installed.
