I'm sure this has been listed elsewhere, but I'm having an issue with the streaming, it goes along fine for a few minutes, but will inevitably freeze, and start over as soon as you push play. It happens on both Firefox and Chrome. Makes watching an episode all the way through impossible.
Anyone else encounter this? Is there some sort of official support contact information? Is there special support for subscribers?

Same thing happening to me. All we can do is be patient and hope this gets sorted out soon.
I'm having the same issue as well.
This issue has been reported, but I think I locked that thread since it became cluttered with related player issues. Thus, this is now the new issue tracker thread for the player freezing and restarting issue.
Please do not mention any other player issues in this thread.

Site developer is investigating this issue. Although I have not been able to reproduce it myself, I have sent many email accounts of the behavior to him. I shall update this as I receive more information.
What you can do for now:
So far, the workaround has been to move the progress bar back to where you left off. Not the greatest workaround, but at least there is one.
It seems like the workaround no longer works. Videos play for about 4 seconds and it restarts. It's good to know that the staffs got a hold of this issue and are working hard on it.
Here's an update for you:
Our CDN is currently troubleshooting the issue and thinks that it may only be certain areas that are affected. I've been mapping the IPs of each report. This is probably why the issue does not affect all users.
I'll post more updates as I receive more information.

If it helpa my ip 97.90.10.69 charter cable internet I live in losangels county California. and all the the videos are stock on the loading screen to knight for me it is geting worse every day hope you can track it down and fix it soon.
I have also been experiencing this as well for awhile I have verizon fios 165 mbps down and 55 mbps up, please update once resolution has been obtained. Thanks :D
