To be fair, NIS America releases a lot of games on Sony platforms (especially on the PS3). Most of their fanbase are PS3 owners and they noted that the majority of their sales come from the Blu-ray version.
On the other hand, it's a different story with Right Stuf. A recent interview with Shawne Kleckner (Right Stuf's CEO) on ANNCast stated that the Blu-ray versions are still not outselling DVD versions yet.
