Hi, I purchased the iOS app a few months back for $9.99 to watch episodes on my iPhone. If I download the Roku app of Funimation I'm not sure how it works. Will it ask me for my e-mail and I'll just get access to my episodes like I do on my iOS device? Or will I have to pay a separate charge?

That is correct. There is no charge to download the app on your Roku. It will ask for your login and password. Once you are in you have full access to what the Elite Subscription provides. If you do not have Elite, then you can still view the videos they allow anyone to view for free.
